From your account
Log in, open My recipes → Edit profile and tap Delete my account. To confirm, type DELETE. It works the same on the website and in the app.
Without logging in
If you can’t log in, write from your account’s email to conversordecocinacontacto@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and let you know.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email and public name).
- Your recipes, with their photos, ratings and comments.
- The comments you wrote on other recipes.
- Your favorites, your Academy progress and grades, your prices and your coins.
If you have a Plus or Premium plan, it is cancelled before your account is deleted, so you won’t be charged again. Any coins you have left are lost.
Everything is deleted right away, except two things: the ratings you gave to other recipes, which stay as a number without your name, and the record of your payments, which we keep for accounting reasons.
